Language Skills)
The PaLS Program is a Speech/Occupational Therapy Group designed to enhance
and increase sensory, motor, and communication skills of children with various
learning differences.
The PaLS Program is lead by a Registered Occupational Therapist and Certified
Speech Pathologist. Both are highly trained and educated to work with children
of varying needs. More
"It Takes Two
To Talk" (Hanen Program)
“It Takes Two to Talk” is an evidence-based program
developed for parents of children with expressive and
receptive language delays. The program’s philosophy is
‘that because parents are the most important people in a
child’s life, they are the best people to help the child
learn to communicate.’

Pedi Support
The Pedi Support Program is program sponsored by Pediatric
Therapy, Inc. that provides the community of Lubbock and
surrounding areas with support for the special needs
population. Through a networking of resources, this program
offers information to caregivers, clinicians, physicians and
the general public in regards to the cares and concerns that
face our special needs population.

Reading
The Speech-Language Pathologist’s knowledge of language
acquisition, and their clinical experience in developing
individualized programs for children and adolescents,
prepares them to assume a variety of roles related to the
development of reading and writing. More

Research conducted through the Touch Research Institutes at

importance of a secure environment and nurturing touch in
