Patient Care Coordinator
PTI recognizes that families with special needs children face
a unique set of challenges. We are dedicated to supporting parents in
coping with their child’s special therapy needs. Social work services are
offered by a Licensed Master Social Worker and help provide support, skills, and
education. Counseling and case management services are offered with the
purpose of supporting families, linking them with community resources, and
building a bridge between the child’s therapy and medical providers.
Parent Support Group:
In a supportive environment, parents are given the opportunity
to come together and share their feelings and experiences, as well as gain
support and education. The group meets the last Friday of the month from
12:00-1:00 PM.
It’s Cool to be Me (Kids Support Group):
The purpose of this group is to help children identify their
strengths, be proud of their differences, and to foster the development of
confidence and problem solving skills. This group meets the first Monday
of the month from 4:15-5:00 PM. Children must be ages 7 and up in order
to participate.
